Case Report on the Occurrence of Silent Myocardial Infarction and Cardiovascular and Renal Dysfunctions in Young Women who have Diabetes

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is an alarming presumptive diagnosis of chronic kidney disease (CKD) progressing to endstage renal damage (ESRD). Diabetes at a young age strongly inspires the appearance of extraordinary cardiovascular risk factors and the initial evolution of diabetic micro and macro angiopathies.
