Preserving archives and historical artifacts requires effective strategies to prevent mold growth, which can cause irreparable damage. This article examines the significance of microenvironment intervention and regulation in mold prevention for archive packaging. The microenvironment within packaging plays a crucial role, with factors like temperature, humidity, light exposure, and ventilation influencing mold growth. Controlling these parameters is essential to create unfavorable conditions for mold. Maintaining stable temperature and humidity levels, implementing proper ventilation, and reducing light exposure are crucial steps.
