Soft Tissue Tumors: Unveiling the Complexity and Advancing Patient Care

Soft tissue tumors represent a heterogeneous group of neoplasms originating from non-epithelial structures, presenting diagnostic and therapeutic challenges. This abstract highlights the complexity of soft tissue tumors and discusses recent advancements in patient care. Molecular profiling techniques have revolutionized our understanding of these tumors, identifying molecular alterations and signaling pathways that guide personalized treatment approaches. Multimodal treatment strategies, including surgery, radiation therapy, and systemic therapies, are employed to optimize patient outcomes. Emerging therapeutic strategies, such as immunotherapy and targeted therapies, show promise in improving outcomes for patients with soft tissue tumors.
